The Blogger has received numerous emails from fraud victims of Manuel Cristerna, regarding their yacht slips.
The fraud victims purchased homes and lots in 2005/2006 on La Isla and were told that each home came with a yacht slip (in their back yard), already paid for by Manuel Cristerna .
Now they are being told by Marina Mazatlan that they will have to pay $100,000 USD for these yacht slips, or complete strangers will be able to park their boats in these homeowners back yard. The problems have already begun, as these strangers park their boats and trespass onto the home owners yards.
When will this fraud STOP ??? !!!
