He invested approximately $1.5 million in 2006 with Manuel Cristerna, Ubaldo Rojas & Sergio de la Pena. He has never received anything for his investment. Now, he is having to spend a tremendous amount of time, money & effort trying to get his money back.

Sergio and others who stole the money. But while they were stealing the money
there are 1,000’s of witnesses who live in Mazatlan and they do nothing.
How would you feel if someone was beating your mother and 100 people were
watching and did nothing? Well guess what. We have been taking a beating in
Mazatlan from thieves while many have watched and done nothing, or worse yet,
they have also become an impediment to justice. You want to show what a great place Mexico
and Mazatlan is? Then help get justice for the people who have been
defrauded. Until then, expect to see much more press than you are currently
seeing."
